As the day progresses, we move from scene to scene.

What is our mindset as we move from one situation to another?

How do we feel as we meet one person to the next?


We are originally loveful, peaceful, joyful, pure, powerful, knowledgeable blissful beings. 

That is our true nature, our character. 

Through daily first thing meditation, 

we need to remind ourselves and prepare this original character.

Visualize as this character how will I move throughout the day.


Just like actors prepare for their movie scene similarly we need to prepare our character.

When our character is prepared internally, 

when we move from one scene to another,

we are filled with awareness,

ready to handle the situation in an effective positive manner 

and our energy is optimized.

We, humans need to charge ourselves with positive energy everyday 
so we can move forward with enthusiasm and determination.

We need to charge our inner core, deep within ourselves, 
so that our good values rise higher and higher


Our source is the divine light that is overflowing with love and compassion.
Best of all the divine source is free and is always available 
for us to plug into and charge ourselves.

The exact same divine energy is what is flowing in every creation.

  1. Say "Yes And" instead of "No". No will completely halt the discussion. 
  2. Be consistent in what you do to see the impact. 
  3. Being charming is a real art, it needs practice.
  4. Questions are a gift. Don't waste key strokes answering them individually. Instead create a blog, media that can be reused.
  5. Have a mission statement. Then goals and plans will follow through. 
  6. We need to have the energy to live deliberately / intentionally. Don't sleep walk life!!!!
  7. You can modify something only by observing and being mindful.  Not just by looking at it. 
  8. What tone do you want your blog to be.
  9. A positive community will mute down the negative ones. 
  10. Give yourself credit for doing good things. 
  11. Imposter syndrome it cannot be over with completely but can be addressed faster through mindfulness. 
  12. Mindfulness, Intentional living is resetting self every few minutes a day. Reset to sit straight. Reset to answer questions effectively. etc
  13. Do things that are important. Things that feed your spirit. 
  14. The universe checks in with us, to make sure we are growing. 
  15. God does not give us things we cannot handle.

It is okay to Reset


There are days when there is so much happening around us
 and within us, it may feel like we don't know where we are heading


It is okay to Reset on those days

Reset on the basic necessities 


Reset on the things that are not working


Reset on the things that you like doing


With a Reset mindset, life will move forward more refreshed

“Taking charge of my mind is the simplest thing to do.

Trying to control other minds is impossible.

We can advice, we can instruct but we cannot control other's mind.

Even if someone changes they choose to change because of themselves and it is not becuase of me.

When my mind is stable and clear then I can think of solutions to respond to the situation outside me.

Situation and People are all outside of me and they will not be the way I want it to be.

Only my mind, my feelings is in me and in my control.

When two energies meet, we influence each other.

Self-Check: Do not allow bad feelings to enter my energy space. Thus we can retain the paradise inside us.
Just absorb the positive energy of others and leave the negative energy outside.
Just like at the airport security check where certain things are not allowed inside the country.

Meditation is a form of quarantine for the mind.

My mind is listening to me. It listens to the self-talk that I do.

Changing my habit is the easiest thing to do. Completely in my control. Not dependent on any one or anything.

Without getting irritated but with ease, calm, inner power, stability -> same scene, same behavior can I respond better.

Don’t give my power of my mind and my feelings to others, by expecting others to be my way.

Don’t come home depleted, it will deplete the vibrations of other members of the family.

It is our responsibility to conserve the positive energy we have and bring it home for good use for the rest of the day. “

They are always loving me, supporting me and caring for me. 
I always love, understand and take care of my family, friends and belongings. 

I always keep everything organised. 


I always pray to God in every thought, word and action. 
I always talk sweetly and I am always kind and humble. 

I am always thinking clearly and my soul and mind is always clear and blessed.

every thought, word and action that happens in our lives.

       The soul is wrapped like a cocoon by the materialistic things of the world. 

        The more it accumulates the more tightly it spines around itself. 

        Those Souls that are enlightening, those souls that have found a wonderful purpose to their existence have broken out of their cocoon, they have set their soul free. 

        They have spread their wings and flown out high above the sky bring joy and smiles to the Almighty Lord’s creation.

Self Reflection Moment



                      Let us take a moment to look back to the  past few days. What is the one or two things we can change to be more effective and increase an extra half an hour of our time on our self well being or spend quality time with family.

               This week I got up daily an extra half an hour early so that I could do https://do.yogawithadriene.com/home - 30 day yoga journey.

               In the evenings, instead of unproductive time spent on TV and social media, as a family we did 30 mins of prayer time to bring in more positive energy into our lives.
